Salary Increase
# We propose that the minimum salary an Officer should get is R50/hr who is working with Grade C certificate on a 12 hour shift for a minimun of 17 days in a month .
# We propose that the minimum salary an Officer should get is R75/hr who is working with Grade B certificate on a 12hour for a minimun of 17 days in a month.
# We propose that the minimum salary an Officer should get is R150/hr who is working with Grade C certificate on a 8 hour shift for a minimun of 21 days in a month.

Area Class or Grade
We are saying crime is a crime no matter which province,town or place so rate must be eqaully to all officers who are working with same Grade no matter where they are.
